Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 3–5 business days of your order. Standard shipping within Canada is included in the price.

If you require expedited shipping, Canada Post will calculate the cost based on your address and this will be added to your final total at checkout.

For international orders (outside Canada), please contact us directly before purchasing so we can provide an accurate quote for shipping and any applicable customs charges.

Return Policy

At QRS Educational Services, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns only for materials that arrive damaged. Used or previously handled materials do not fall within our return policy.

At this time, we are unable to process returns for orders shipped outside Canada.

If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to us right away at Diana@qrsadmin.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number (found in the subject line of your Receipt of Payment email)

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return
